Double bed?

If I were to get a double bed, what would be the best type?? My room is very small but I'm getting rid of heaps of stuff. What are the best brands?

1. I have a bad back and only use individual coil mattresses.
2. The best quality you can afford. A sprung base with a no turn mattress would give you quality and save you the hassle of trying to turn a mattress in a smallish space. You could also consider a 4 foot bed instead of a full double.
